Cancellation Policy
Age Requirement: Participants must be 12 years or older to join our tours. We cannot accommodate younger children for safety and experience quality reasons. Payment: Payment will be collected in person upon arrival at Maya Heights Village Resort. We accept cash and major credit cards. Cancellations & No-Shows: If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. Arrival & Check-in: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to check in and prepare for your experience. For any questions or special requests, feel free to contact us!
