At Maya Heights Village Resort, we offer three distinct types of cabins, each thoughtfully situated at different elevations of the mountain, all within 150 feet of each other. The Standard Cabins are conveniently located closest to the restaurant to the north, providing easy access to dining and amenities. The Premium Cabins, the most private and secluded, are nestled below the restaurant and waterfall pool area, complete with their own dedicated parking lot. The Panoramic Cabins offer stunning views of the Belizean coastline and Cayes, arranged in a half-moon layout around a large pool.

Each cabin is designed to provide a unique experience, whether you're looking for proximity to the resort's social areas or a peaceful, private retreat.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full payment is required at time of booking.

• Cabin booking payment is 100% refundable if cabin reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date.

• Cabin reservation cancellation, 29 days or less to arrival date, requires future booking of another cabin reservation of equal or greater value to original booking based on availability.  Should no alternate dates be available, 90% of the original cabin reservation payment will be refunded.

• Maya Heights Village Resort is not liable to refund, for any reason, any travel costs such as airfare, taxifare, rental car, or any other costs that have not been paid directly to Maya Heights Village Resort.

• Refunds will not be issued in the event reservations must be cancelled due to acts of God such as hurricanes, floods, high winds, or any other act out of the control of Maya Heights Village Resort.  In lieu of refunds, alternate future booking dates may be reserved based on availability.

• The purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended.
